Three best Premier League transfers of all time

The Premier League is famous for its lavish spending on player’s transfers. 1- Thierry Henry (£11 Million)

Many people regard Thierry Henry as the greatest player in the history of the Premier League. He started his club career at Monaco where he made 105 league appearances and scored 20 goals. After a brief stint at Juventus, the French footballer came to Arsenal in an £11 million move.

Henry’s career took off at the Emirates where he became one of the most devastating strikers of all time. Although he initially struggled to adapt his game to the English conditions and did not score a single goal in his first eight games. But he soon proved all his doubters wrong by ending his first campaign on English soil with an incredible 26 goals tally.

2- Frank Lampard (£11 Million)

3- Sergio Aguero (£35 Million)

Sergio Aguero is a big name in the football world who has been displaying his talents for Manchester City since 2011, the year when he came to the Etihad from Atletico Madrid in a £35 million move. He is 32 years old but that has not affected his ruthlessness in front of the goal. Just last season, he scored an impressive 32 goals and made 10 assists for the Sky Blues.

The Argentine has racked up 370 total appearances for City so far, scoring 254 times and creating 73 assists. His 94th-minute winner against QPR in 2012 became extremely famous because that goal earned his team their first league title in 44 years.
