Mamadou Sakho is suspended temporarily by Liverpool after a positive drug test which was reportedly caused by a fat burner.

Apparently Sakho had taken the Fat Burner without knowing its components but in this day and age that is simply not an excuse. This is a big blow to Liverpool ahead of their Europa League semifinals as Lovren and Sakho have just started playing well. Liverpool,after having a creaky defence for the whole season have just started playing well defensively. This will mean that Martin Skrtel who has struggled for sometime now will have to step up.
Sakho’s Euro participation for France also is in turmoil because of this failed drug test. The French Football Association will not want to take any risk and if it is not cleared up there is no chance that he will go to Euros. Raphael Varane and Laurent Koscielny are expected to start in defence for the home team.
