The report is based off a tweet(s) by Chilean journalist by Maks Cardenas. He also claimed that Sanchez didn’t feature in Arsenal’s FA Cup fixture against Nottingham Forest because he didn’t want to be cup-tied. Arsenal suffered a humiliating exit from the FA Cup as the defending champions lost to Forest 4-2.

Manchester City already look like they are way ahead of the rest of the top teams in the league. Signing someone like Alexis Sanchez will only increase the gap although it will be interesting to see how Guardiola fits the Chilean into his team with already so many in-form attackers.
