Arsenal prepare to bid for Ex-Man United winger as replacement for Alexis Sanchez

Arsene Wenger is preparing a £35 million bid for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha in the January transfer window according to The Sun. Zaha has been in excellent form since his return from a long injury layoff this season although his team Crystal Palace at languishing at the bottom of the table in the Premier League. Wenger knows that he needs to replace Alexis Sanchez either in January or in the summer as the prospect of him signing a new contract looks very bleak at the moment. Arsenal fans will certainly be expecting a more glamourous signing to replace their star man but Wilfried Zaha will be an astute signing who has lots of experience in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace will be desperate to keep the Ivory Coast international at Selhurst Park at least till the summer as new manager Roy Hodgson seeks to bring the club out of the relegation zone.
